Why should I use Access Health Urgent Care?
Access Health Urgent Care offers convenient quick care for most minor injuries and illnesses. We offer affordable walk-in care in a warm, welcoming environment with hours that care is often hard to find.
We are available when your primary care physician is not, or if you don’t have one. You will receive high-quality medical care in an efficient and caring environment, without having to wait for an appointment.
Additionally, your copays and fees will be lower than if you decided to go to an emergency room.

Do you have X-ray services on site?
Yes, all Access Health Urgent Care centers have X-ray capability.

What conditions can Access Health Urgent Care treat?
Access Health Urgent Care treats those everyday illnesses and injuries which require immediate attention but do not require a visit to the emergency room. This includes, but is not limited to, colds, flu, strep, pink eye, sprains and strains.
Access Health Urgent Care also offers immunizations, school and sports physicals, and on-site x-ray and lab services.

Why choose Access Health Urgent Care instead of the ER?
For patients with non-emergent health conditions, Access Health Urgent Care is typically less expensive and quicker than a visit to a hospital emergency department.
For many patients with insurance, the cost of an urgent care visit is the same as a physician office visit.

What is the difference between Access Health Urgent Care and an ER?
Urgent care is for medical conditions that require prompt attention, but do not pose an immediate threat to your health or life.
Here is simple rule of thumb: if your medical issues(s) is life threatening, call 911, or go directly to a hospital emergency room. If not, an urgent care center such as Access Health Urgent Care is an excellent alternative.

What is Access Health’s hours?
We are open weekdays from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Do I have to make an appointment?
No. We are a walk-in clinic, so you can walk-in during our normal business hours and be seen by a provider without a long wait.
For your convenience, we will soon offer online scheduling that lets you get in line even before you get to the clinic.

What insurance plans are accepted?
We accept most major insurance plans, as well as Medicare. Co-pays are based on individual health plans.

What if I don’t have Insurance?
No insurance? No problem. We offer a simple self-pay option to provide care at an affordable, easy-to-understand price.

What is your payment policy?
Access Health Urgent Care will collect the co-pay at the time of service from patients with insurance. Patients without insurance must pay in full at time of service.
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.

What’s the difference between Access Health Urgent Care and the clinics at my local pharmacy?
Clinicians who work at pharmacy retail clinics can prescribe medications for a variety of conditions, but their services do not include X-rays or a wide variety of lab testing in-house.

Can Access Health Urgent Care do stitches?
Yes! We can stitch up minor injuries with no appointment necessary.

Does Access Health Urgent Care treat broken bones?
Yes, a broken bone can be treated as long as it is a closed fracture.
